“Getting the ball rolling to begin hospice is time sensitive and BWH was exceptionally quick. Sheila the liaison holds a very important job and she does it well. In a time where the last thing you want is to be chasing paperwork around, we are incredibly grateful we did not have to worry about a thing through them. The entire staff was excellent – available, compassionate, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. All staff should be very proud of themselves.
