Founded in 1952 as Visiting Nurse Association Health Services, now known as Blue Water Home Care & Hospice, we are a non-profit home health and hospice organization that provides high quality, cost-effective care to patients and families coping with acute, chronic and terminal health care issues in St. Clair, southern Sanilac, eastern Lapeer, and northern Macomb counties.
Blue Water Home Care & Hospice provides a number of specialized services within our divisions: Home Health (skilled home care), Private Duty (personal, respite care, and medication set-up), In-home Hospice Care (skilled hospice care), Blue Water Hospice Home (in-patient home-like facility).
