VNA & Blue Water Hospice leadership honors staff & volunteers quarterly through the ‘Shining Star’ program, recognizing the extras they do for each other, their patients, and the community.

Aubrey is a registered nurse and the Home Health Clinical Supervisor. She has been with the agency since 2022. When asked why she chose VNABWH, she said “We have a wonderful team of dedicated staff who love what they do, and it is a pleasure to be part of the VNABWH team.”

This year, the agency had our reaccreditation visit and Aubrey was a key player during this time. Since then, she has facilitated with others and increased staff education to continue top quality patient care.”
