The agency remains an independent, non-profit providing Home Health, Private Duty Home Care, and Hospice services to residents of St. Clair County, and parts of Sanilac, Lapeer, and Macomb counties.
Visiting Nurse Association & Blue Water Hospice has achieved Level 1 Partner status with the We Honor Veterans partner program. The mission of We Honor Veterans is to establish an enduring network of hospice and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) professionals, Veterans, volunteers, and other interested organizations working together to provide quality services through the end of life care for Veterans.
